Enrolment shall only be confirmed upon advance payment for first 4 weeks.
No additional fees for registration or class materials apply.
In the event that student is unable to attend their regular class (e.g. due to school activities), they may request to attend an alternative class as replacement. No refund shall be issued if replacement class is attended.
If student is unable to attend replacement class, they may submit a refund application form (available at reception desk).
In the event of class cancellation by Achevas (e.g. due to public holidays), refund will be issued automatically.
All refunds shall be issued in the next billing cycle in the form of fee credit.
